Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
UK Mainland
All goods are delivered by courier and will require a signature on receipt. The standard UK mainland rate is £5.50 with all orders of £50 & above FREE DELIVERY. Most deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & The Channel Isles
All goods are delivered by the Royal Mail which normally takes 3-4 days & will require a signature on receipt. The standard rate is £5.50.
Ireland & Europe
All goods are delivered by courier and will require a signature on receipt. The standard rate is £16.00 & normally takes 2-3 days for delivery. For smaller parcels, we will try & ship using Royal Mail recorded delivery & amend your shipping accordingly. SORRY, but Free Delivery is NOT available to these locations
Rest of the World
For all orders outside the EU, place your order in the normal way, you will see that you are not charged a post & packing rate. Your order will then go on hold (NO MONEY IS DEBITED) a delivery cost will be calculated and we will then contact you with the total cost and ask if you wish to proceed with the order before we debit your card.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days (certain items may take 21 - 28 days). International orders are generally received in under 28 days. Please check "Stock Update" reports for availability.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
